About this layer

Cities and small towns are full of art you can visit without a ticket. This layer maps statues, sculptures, busts and installations recorded in OpenStreetMap, with data © OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Murals are not included. A filter separates the types, so you can look only at statues or only at installations.

Use it to plan a walking tour, find the odd roadside sculpture on a drive or explore a new city's parks and plazas. Coverage depends on local mappers and is strongest in larger cities. Combine it with Museums, Historic Forts and Notable Trees for a day of sightseeing, or with Funny Place Names and Ghost Towns for a stranger road trip.
